Your tasks
* Technical Service Ownership for all lifecycle processes referring all R&S global Contact Centers
* Admistration, monitoring and maintenance of global and local telecommunication service plattforms and services
* Responsibility for user support and user experience
Your qualifications
* At least 1-2 years experience in holding the responsibility / Technical Service Ownership for an e2e telecommunication service
* longtime experience in admininstration of telecommunications services (PSTN, call routing, emergency calls) and contact center features incl. reporting
* Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills (wireshark helpful)
* Scripting skills helpful (esp. Powershell)
* Experience with on-premises and Cloud Communication Services (MS Teams, Threema, ...)
* Very good communication skills in German and English are necessary
