We use advanced technology and are developing our own logistics platform, GAIA, which facilitates real-time data collection. 7+ years of experience in B2B acquisition sales/ business development, ideally in logistics or tech-enabled services
~ Existing network of relevant contacts in German FMCG retail chains, consumer electronics, pet food, fashion, pharmacy or other segment of e-commerce
Deep knowledge of the German market — particularly E-commerce
Knowledge of consumer insights related to German market
Performing data-driven decisions and sales tracking (CRM, pipeline metrics).
Expert level of usage of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication in German (C1+) and English (B2+).
Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
Hands-on approach with willingness to iterate MVPs with clients, gather feedback, and co-create pilots.
Accountability for pipeline management, follow-ups, and reporting without daily oversight.
High level of ownership and self-management, reporting directly to the Country Manager
