Job Description
In this role, you will work hands-on with our cutting-edge multi-beam mask writer systems directly in our customers’ fabs, ensuring their reliable operation in a highly complex, high-tech environment. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and technical training in Vienna, Austria, to set you up for success. Your Key Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance, servicing, and optimization of our hi-tech tools at customer sites
* Conduct regular system checks, including documentation, reporting, and quality tracking
* Analyze system issues and independently troubleshoot technical problems
* Maintain and update ERP systems, including spare parts and materials management
* Create and manage maintenance, service, and measurement logs
* Build a deep and holistic understanding of multi-beam mask writer technology
* Communicate progress and improvements internally and directly with customers
* Participate in on-call service for system troubleshooting and support
Qualifications
* Completed technical education (university, FH, or apprenticeship) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
* 2-3 years of experience in precision mechanics or a comparable technical environment
* Careful, structured, and precise working style with a strong sense of responsibility
* Strong communication skills, service mindset, and intercultural competence
* Very good English skills, written and spoken
* Knowledge of vacuum technology, electronics, and mechanics is a plus
* Programming skills (e.g. PLC, Python) and experience with Linux systems are an advantage

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 60.000 € (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
