Operational Tasks
* Ensure product availability across all channels (D2C, B2B, retail) and monitor stock levels while triggering replenishment actions
* Coordinate daily operations with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution
* Support and validate demand forecasts, execute ordering processes, and manage incoming goods and stock movements
* Oversee outbound logistics including shipping, delivery performance, returns, and service levels
* Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in day-to-day business
* Ensure operational readiness for product launches, promotions, and retail campaigns in close alignment with Sales and Marketing
* Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve order-related issues and improve customer experience
Strategic Tasks
* Take ownership of end-to-end supply chain processes, categories, or channels
* Align demand planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure a scalable and efficient setup
* Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and optimize stock levels to reduce out-of-stock and overstock risks
* Identify inefficiencies across the supply chain and implement scalable process improvements
* Define, track, and analyze key KPIs such as availability, OTIF, stock health, and logistics costs, and derive actionable measures
* Act as a central interface between Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure alignment
* Lead cross-functional projects and actively shape the development and scaling of the operations setup
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
* Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar
* First relevant experience in operations, supply chain, consulting or a related field, preferrably in FMCG-industry
* Strong analytical and structured way of working
* Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute and improve processes
* High level of ownership and responsibility
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
