This role is focused on building local market presence, managing distributor relationships, and supporting long term growth across the European region. Business Development & Sales Execution Develop and expand distributor networks across assigned European markets Drive sales growth and achieve agreed revenue targets Support distributors in establishing and scaling effective local sales channels Develop regional market entry and growth strategies tailored to local market conditions Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and positioning, providing structured market feedback to internal teams Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events Customer & Partner Enablement Visit customers and distributors to provide product training and commercial support Act as a trusted point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment between market needs and internal teams General Responsibilities Support additional commercial initiatives as required to meet regional business objectives Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or above Fluent English is required; French or German is a strong advantage Experience in international sales, distributor management, or business development within Europe Preferred Medical, life sciences, or healthcare background Familiarity with international trade processes and distributor based sales models #J-18808-Ljbffr
