The Market and Business Intelligence department within the HENSOLDT Group is responsible for analyzing the market and business environment. We translate market, customer and competitor data into profitable information and provide holistic market insights and forecasts.
To strengthen our Lead Management team, we are looking for you as a motivated intern (m/f/d) from August/September 2024 for a period of 6 months if possible.
You can expect an open-minded, dynamic environment in which you can contribute and implement your own ideas.
Your Tasks
1. Collaboration in the lead generation process
2. Direct communication with customers worldwide via the central e-mail inbox
3. Structuring specific customer requirements via the HENSOLDT website and the central e-mail inbox and integrating the international sales and service organizations
4. Creation of statistics and key figures for sales based on CRM tools and support with management reporting
5. Development of e-learning templates and video tutorials for the lead process
Learning content:
6. Insight into the dynamic sales/CRM processes of a rapidly growing global player
7. Processes and organization in front office / inbound sales
8. International customer communication in the B2B / B2G environment of security electronics
9. Methods, KPIs and dashboards in the area of lead intelligence and sales planning
10. Application of state-of-the-art, AI-based OSINT tools (open source intelligence)
11. Application of agile business intelligence and CRM tools
12. Use of tools for video creation and editing
13. Creation of management-oriented presentations
Your Profile
14. Degree in Information Management and Corporate Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration or similar
15. Confident handling of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
16. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia Studio and MS Power BI desirable
17. Very good knowledge of German and English
18. Reliable, independent and structured way of working
19. Ability to work in a team and communication skills
20. Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
