As part of its continued evolution toward a customer-centric organization, the company is seeking an experienced Vice President Omnichannel Marketing Europe (m/f/d) .
Key Responsibilities The Vice President Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing a cross-channel marketing strategy within a decentralized retail environment with a strong omnichannel orientation. The objective is to seamlessly integrate brand management, retail media, performance marketing, and loyalty initiatives into a cohesive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Development and execution of an integrated omnichannel marketing strategy
Overall responsibility for data-driven, personalized marketing approaches to increase brand relevance and commercial success
Leadership of campaign management, content marketing, social media, retail media, and loyalty functions
Establishment of a performance- and ROI-driven marketing operating model
Definition of strategic frameworks and implementation standards across international markets
Development and positioning of retail media offerings in collaboration with external partners
Strengthening of brand perception through consistent communication and measurable impact
The role combines strategic leadership with analytical expertise and requires a consultative mindset, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
Requirements Extensive leadership experience in senior marketing roles within a retail or consumer-oriented environment, ideally with exposure to omnichannel business models
Experience in building and managing complex, decentralized marketing organizations
Strong expertise in performance marketing, social media, retail media, and customer loyalty programs
Ability to balance creative excellence with data-driven decision-making
