Tasks
Your Role – Regulatory & Legal Focus
* As a Legal & Regulatory Compliance Officer, you support our clients with the legal interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements.
* This role is positioned between operational compliance execution and senior legal advisory.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and interpret German and EU regulatory developments
(BaFin, EBA, ESMA)
* Conduct regulatory impact assessments
(WpIG, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, DORA)
* Support the development of legally sound compliance frameworks
* Advise clients during audit preparation and supervisory communication
* Contribute to structured compliance concepts and documentation
Requirements
Your Background
* Several years of professional experience in compliance, legal advisory or regulatory risk
* Strong knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks
* Academic background in law, finance, economics or a related field
* Structured, analytical working style and confident client communication
* Interest in RegTech and practical regulatory implementation
