You are part of the marketing team (currently 10 members, including interns and working students) and will report to the Marketing Director, based in Paris.
The mission of the marketing team is to understand our clients' needs (CMO, Media Director, planners and traders...), to provide our sales with the right materials (narratives, insights, data) to engage with them and to make sure the materials are understood (sales enablement). To do so, we also collaborate with several departments (sales, communication, supply, product...).
You'll be responsible for the 'Insights & Research Marketing' which allows RTL AdAlliance to position itself on the market as insights driven partner. We are a truly European group and therefore our work language is English.
Understand the underlying data, create actionable insights and present them convincingly.
Responsibility, in collaboration with manager, for our annual studies: Contact person for media industry topics (Attention, measurement...) In close collaboration with other Marketing colleagues, make sure that the Marketing department is customer-centric, meaning that we understand the needs of the different stakeholder sales are in touch with (CMO, media director, traders etc.)
Gather and deliver data insights for presales: People management : 1 FTE (Insights Manager, in charge of the client studies) and 2 working students
At least 4 years in a media-related position - Agency and/or Advertiser side. Good understanding of the challenges of the media industry and a passion for media.
Skill & Experience to represent the company at conferences (public speaking)
Time Management: able to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously.
Advanced Power Point skills
Good command over English language.
Excellent presentation Skills - to present to senior levels
