Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a Head of Wholesale to oversee our wholesale operations and presence acrossthe German and Austrian market, with base in Düsseldorf.
We are seeking a commercially driven professional to play a central role in maintaining and strengthening Samsøe Samsøe’s position in the regions. With a strong sense of ownership and motivational leadership, you will drive growth through strategic planning of key accounts while leading a team of dedicated salespeople.
This is a full-time role based inDüsseldorfand requires regular travel across the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Cultivate and grow wholesale partnerships throughoutGermany and Austria with a strong focus on trade and key account management
* Develop and implement a localized go-to-market strategy based on region-specific KPI’S
* Leverage sales data and market insights to optimise sell-through and uncover new business opportunities with existing and new partners
* Implementation of Hero Products and Hero Categories, as well as a Core programto expand the brand within existing businessand to secure clients’ maximum revenue
* Strengthen the market positioning and visibility of Samsøe Samsøeby leading the creation of Pop-Ups and Branded spaces with selected clients
* Conduct weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reviews and analysis and report to the Sales Director
* Ensure best-practice sales strategy for the German and Austrian markets
YOUR PROFILE
* Solid knowledge of theGerman and Austrianwholesale fashion market, preferably within both Womenswear and Menswear
* Experience as a leader in B2B sales, with a proven ability to motivate and incentivise sales teams
* A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
* Analytical approach to business utilising data for maximising sell-through
* Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to convert relationships into results
* Structured, proactive, and motivated approach to tasks and goals
* Experience with B2B tools and platforms, such as NuOrder or similar
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions
