A Japanese manufacturer is currently recruiting a Business Planning Coordinator to work in their Aalsmeer office in the Netherlands.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Sales colleagues in expanding their business.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales administration skills, proficiency in IT applications, and excellent communication abilities.

Business Planning Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
●Responsible for improving sales operations processes from the point of making quotes to the point of takeover to product delivery operations
●Managing and optimising the sales tools and systems, as well as workflow that the sales team uses to execute their tasks and manage their relationships
●Coordinating and supporting the sales projects and initiatives that aim to improve the sales team's performance and efficiency
●Working and communicating with the Operations department to ensure that forecasts and orders are placed, managed, and expedited where needed
●Responsible for promoting improvement activities
●Support any other tasks that are part of this role
Business Planning Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
●Sales administration for complex capital equipment sales or high value equipment business processes
●Manage the entire sales process, track key metrics, and control costs associated with each deal to optimize sales efficiency
●IT related applications, such as Microsoft Office for spreadsheets and email and experience of ERP systems
●Liaison experience with other department members to achieve organisation targets, preferably for high volume or consumable products
●Business level of English
●Educated to ●Business level fluency in English
