We are currently seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Banking & Finance Lawyer (2-4 years of experience) to join a prestigious US law firm in Luxembourg.
The role offers a strong balance between advisory and transactional work, with a split of approximately 50% regulatory / 50% transactional matters.
You will be involved in a wide range of high-quality banking & finance matters, working closely with senior lawyers and international clients on complex cross-border transactions as well as regulatory frameworks.
Role overview : Balanced exposure to banking & finance work, combining regulatory and transactional matters (approx. 50/50)
Involvement in cross-border transactions for international financial institutions and clients
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing and regulatory documentation
Close collaboration with senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters
Your profile: 2 to 4 years of experience in Banking & Finance, ideally within an international law firm
Strong exposure to either regulatory financial law or transactional finance (or both)
Solid academic background in law (Master's degree in Law is required)
Fluent in English (additional languages such as French or German are an advantage)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
