What your new challenge will look like
As part of the 4flow management team, you play a key role in optimizing transport and supply chain processes for a dedicated CPG/ FMCG customer program. You will drive cost reduction initiatives, efficiency improvements, and process innovations that go beyond regular optimization routines.
1. You drive performance enhancements and cost optimization projects within a CPG/FMCG supply chain.
2. You manage the launch of new scopes within the existing network mandate from the first solution design up until handover to the operations team.
3. You support program management in growing the account by driving innovations in service and process maturity.
Why you belong at 4flow
4. With 2-3 years of experience as a consultant or supply chain engineer for one of the large global CPG/FMCG industry leaders, you have gained a solid understanding of supply chain interdependencies and common challenges in the industry.
5. You have worked closely with customers and internal teams on a diverse range of transport and supply chain optimization/innovation projects within CPG/FMCG.
6. Alongside your strong analytical skills, you possess an inherent drive to take initiative, enabling you to find pragmatic, hands-on solutions.
7. You communicate confidently in German and English and impress with your presentation and moderation skills.
8. You possess strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
