This is a 6-month fixed-term role or available on a freelance basis.
Your contribution within the team
* Handle support tickets via Zendesk (mostly using templates)
* Communicate clearly and kindly, even for recurring topics
* Escalate more complex requests to the right teammates
* Share insights and ideas to improve the customer experience

What You’ll Bring to the Team
Language & Empathy:
* Excellent German (C1 or above; native preferred)
* Italian is a plus, Spanish is a bonus
Experience & Skills:
* First experience in customer support (e.g., internships or student jobs)
* Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
* Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
Mindset:
* You’re open, friendly, and eager to help
