Job Description We’re looking for an Event Marketing Intern to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, motivated, and organized individual to gain hands-on experience in event marketing while working with a dynamic team.
What you will be working on Event Organization & Promotion
Support the events team in organizing, promoting, and executing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events (e.g., webinars).
Assist with preparing email invitations and event communication.
Research and source promotional items for events.
Manage branding assets and update the events calendar.
Welcome guests and provide on-site support during events.
Marketing & Administrative Support
Assist in various marketing and administrative activities.
Provide general support to the Sales & Markets team when needed.
Help with social media tools and digital applications to enhance marketing efforts.
What we look for ✅ You’re a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Communication, Events, Customer Experience, Business, or a related field.
✅ You’re highly organized and detail-oriented.
✅ You have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
✅ You’re client-focused and have great communication skills.
✅ You have a good understanding of social media tools and digital marketing.
✅ You’re a fast learner and adaptable to new digital applications.
✅ You’re fluent in English (French/German is a plus!).
✅ You’re positive, proactive, and a great team player.
✅ You thrive in a multicultural environment.
✅ You’re looking for a mandatory internship of at least 5 months .
