Stuttgart, Germany - Global Responsibility
We are looking for an accomplished leader to head our international Professional Services organization - a 100+ strong consultancy team delivering high-impact warehouse intelligence and automation design, services and software across multiple global markets. The majority of current team is based out of Germany, but the leader will be tasked to build a scalable and global services organization.
As VP Professional Services, you will own the commercial, operational, and strategic performance of a rapidly growing services business. A global consultancy team of 100+ experts delivering complex automation and digital logistics projects.
~ Strategic initiatives that expand market reach, create new services, and strengthen our position as a leader in intelligent warehouse solutions.
~ A culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and operational discipline across our Professional Services organisation.
~ Executive-level alignment with C-suite leaders to shape services strategy and deliver seamless end-to-end value to customers.
Proven success leading and scaling international consultancy businesses of similar size and complexity.
~ Deep knowledge of services economics - utilisation, delivery governance, resourcing, commercial performance and global PMO maturity.
~ Fluency in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
~ Based in Germany (ideally with proximity to Stuttgart) and with international travel.
