Your Challenge as Restaurant Manager:
* Guest Focus: You interact with customers, ensure their satisfaction, and resolve any concerns in a professional and courteous manner by actively participating in daily business.
* 360° Management: You oversee all daily operations, manage staff and inventory, and take responsibility for the restaurant's financial performance.
* Crew Lead: You create schedules, train your team, and ensure everyone follows company policies to provide perfect coverage.
* Team Spirit: You foster a positive, cooperative environment where teamwork and professional growth are top priorities.
* Operational Excellence: You implement and enforce operational standards to ensure consistent quality and maximum efficiency.
* Profitability: You monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and expenses, taking proactive steps to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
* Safety First: You ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations through regular inspections and quick action.
What You Bring to the Table:
* Experience: Proven experience in Service & Kitchen, preferable in a management position.
* Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Service Heart: A strong focus on customer service and delivering a memorable dining experience.
* Orga-Talent: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Compliance: In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English C1+; German B2).
* Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
