Your responsibilities
* You will manage your individual trading portfolios and run proprietary trading strategies across power, gas, coal and carbon
* Interact closely with analysts to develop successful trading strategies and trading ideas
* Manage a close relation to your colleagues working in the risk functions
* Developing and expanding data let decision-making
Your profile
* Relevant economic or finance degree or similar qualification
* Experience in trading EUAs and the Continental power markets as well as trading other commodities, with experience as a Senior Trader
* A proven track record of profitable active proprietary trading
* Trading experience from being employed in international trading houses, banks or major utilities with a focus on news driven trading activities, less flow trading
* Detailed knowledge about the fundamental specifications of the EUA and German power market
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight timing deadlines, strong team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in English
