We are looking for a Facility Coordinator (m/f/d) at our location in Magdeburg.
Key Responsibilities
* Building management, i.e., testing and ensuring the functionality of building technology through regular maintenance.
* Testing and ensuring the functionality of security technology and equipment (fencing, access gates, barrier systems, access control system, surveillance technology, burglar alarm system), including independent troubleshooting and/or initiating repair measures.
* Damage management, i.e., recording, reporting, and repairing damage. Coordination and support of the security company in all areas of property security.
* Maintenance and continuation of the on-site security concept to meet the criteria of the TAPA FSR standard, as well as its auditing and maintenance.
* Optimization and implementation of existing and new processes related to security prevention.
* Fleet management, i.e., management of the vehicle fleet (forklifts) using Linde Connect:desk.
* Coordination of the caretaker, particularly winter, environmental, and cleaning services.
* Procurement (work tools, equipment, consumables).
* Asset management.
* Providing employees with personal protective equipment.
* Implementation of occupational safety measures.
* Documentation and reporting.
Requirements
* Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in building management, facilities, security, and hazard prevention.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations, legal requirements and provisions, as well as security standards (VdS standards, TAPA, ASIS, or similar) is an advantage.
* Familiarity with security systems/software, security standards, and regulations.
* Organizational skills, personal responsibility, accuracy, and a strong technical understanding.
* Good technical skills (MS365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluent German and English at least on B1 level
