The firm is well known for its excellent business law services, including litigation, banking and finance, corporate M&A, investment funds, and real estate law.

Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Law – Lawyer – Law firm – Legal – Regulatory – Litigation
* You will draft, review, and negotiate real estate-related agreements such as sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), lease contracts, joint venture agreements, construction contracts, and financing documents in compliance with Luxembourg law.
* You will be coordinating with international stakeholders and legal teams to manage the cross-border elements of real estate investments, particularly regarding SPVs, fund structures, or tax-efficient real estate holdings.
* You will be representing clients in real estate-related disputes, including lease disagreements, construction claims, and regulatory challenges, whether through negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings.
* You will provide strategic legal advice on acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of commercial and residential properties, including due diligence, title verification, and structuring of complex transactions.

* You have between 5 and 7 years of experience as a lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, including at least 3 years of experience in real estate law.
* Being fluent in both French and English is a must.
* Even though you are an excellent team player, you are also fully autonomous and able to support your junior colleagues.
* Having experience in an international law firm will be considered a strong asset.

* You will earn a salary of up to €140,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and technical level.
