* Proven expertise in Employee Relations management, HR Compliance, Labour & Union management, Compensation, and employee Development
* Sound knowledge in dealing with the Germany region works council etc.
* Expertise in Change management and talent development programs
* Experience working in a matrixed structure of a global organisation.
* Expertise in statutory compliance, local labour laws and labour market as well as labour relations.
* Stakeholder management experience and negotiation.
* People oriented and results driven.
* Expertise in employee formal discussions/ Grievance handling.
* Excellent in oral and written communication.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
