Your missionAs Director of Finance, you are a key strategic partner to the General Manager and responsible for the financial performance of the hotels. You ensure that all legal, fiscal, and operational standards are met and that financial processes run smoothly, transparently, and in line with USALI standards. With a strong analytical mindset and hands-on leadership style, you support your team and all departments in achieving their commercial goals.ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and legally compliant financial accounting and reporting in line with USALI standardsLead and develop the finance team (Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable)Act as a business partner for all department heads and coordinate the annual budget planningMonitor performance against budget/forecast and recommend corrective actionsRepresent the hotel in internal and external financial mattersEnsure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and data protection regulationsKey TasksMonthly closing & financial reporting in cooperation with department heads and the GMCoordination and preparation of the annual budget, forecast updates, and Business Review CallsSupervision of payroll data and collaboration with internal or external providersImplementation and control of internal guidelines (LSOPs) and legal retention requirementsClose cooperation with corporate finance and other Directors of Finance across the groupParticipation in leadership meetings and financial performance reviewsYour profileYou are a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. With a hands-on approach and strategic mindset, you combine analytical thinking with operational understanding.
