Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with international clients.
* Handle tasks from patent or utility model searches, drafting applications, to prosecution and potential oppositions or appeals.
* Successfully enforce our clients' rights and represent them in court.
* Serve as a knowledgeable contact for paralegal-related inquiries.
Qualifications
* German and/or European patent attorney qualification.
* Strong knowledge in telecommunications, physics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
* Client- and success-oriented approach.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English.
