We are seeking a dynamic Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Germany.
This hybrid role combines deep technical expertise in cloud architecture with strong account and partner management skills. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, driving cloud transformation initiatives, leading solution delivery and building strategic partnerships across the DACH region.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels
Lead the design and implementation of cloud architectures, including landing zones, hybrid/multi-cloud setups (AWS), network/security patterns, governance and cost controls
Oversee and execute large‑scale migration programs (on‑prem to cloud, cloud‑to‑cloud, hybrid) using industry best practices and frameworks
Own end‑to‑end solution delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards by leading cross‑functional teams
Collaborate with clients to capture business and technical requirements, aligning solutions to strategic goals and business value
Partner with hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS) and internal delivery teams to codify best practices, reusable blueprints and accelerate delivery
Present complex technical concepts and trade‑offs to both executives and engineering teams in clear, actionable language
Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities for services, solutions and consulting engagements
Prepare and manage detailed account plans, forecasts and roadmaps for business growth
Mentor and lead project architects and delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
10+ years in enterprise consulting, architecture or account management roles, with at least 8+ years in cloud architecture (AWS primary, Azure/GCP is a plus)
Proven experience managing complex, enterprise‑level client accounts and delivering large‑scale cloud transformation projects
Deep hands‑on expertise in infrastructure modernization, cloud governance, IaC, network/security and integration with on‑prem/SaaS
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc)
Ability to bridge technical and business discussions, enabling strategic decision‑making and value delivery
Exceptional client relationship management, leadership and team mentoring skills
Fluent in German and English, with outstanding communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, PMP, ScrumMaster, SAFe Practitioner) are a strong plus
Ability to travel upon requirements
