As our Event & Exhibition Assistant, you will:
* Welcome and support participants and speakers at professional training events
* Help prepare event spaces, ensuring rooms are set up and technical equipment runs smoothly
* Engage with healthcare professionals at trade shows, expos, and congresses
* Represent Pharma Nord and our products
Workplace and further information:
Our German office is located at Schiffbrückstraße 6, 24937 Flensburg. The position will require attendance at the office when relevant as well as travel within Germany.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine interest in health and nutrition and knows how to communicate the benefits
* Possesses strong interpersonal skills with an open and approachable demeanor
* Ideally has experience in events, exhibitions, or other customer-facing roles
* Is willing to travel for events and exhibitions
* Holds a valid driver's license (Class B)
* Speaks fluent German and is proficient in English
