You are the perfect match for our opportunity if you want to take over the following responsibilities: Lead and set the standards for our digital product and its future Interface with account management, strategy, and creatives; represent the agency on digital topics Collaborative work with client teams to improve relevant projects and see growth potentials Passion for New Business; creative presentations and owning the stage in pitches Extend/Cooperate with platform partners and external networks (AI vendors, Omnicom) Lead an interdisciplinary AI team, set agenda, prioritize, steer collaboration Develop and conduct trainings, workshops, and internal learning formats Create core AI presentations, portfolio sales including pricing Anchor AI topics as a cross-functional interface in Account, Creative, and Strategy Strategic consulting on AI topics (use cases, implementation) AI trainings/workshops with clients; establish interfaces to global AI teams and networks Deep understanding of digital channels, social media, websites, CRM systems marketing integration Innovative mindset and hands-on expert for digital strategies and campaigns Strategic thinking with technical understanding; project planning/proposal creation including pricing Development of digital concepts and their execution; basic performance marketing knowledge Leadership across departments/sites; change management with empathy Networking, interdisciplinary teamwork; curiosity about technological innovations Substantial AI understanding in marketing/creative processes; strategic development/implementation of AI solutions Experience in trainings/workshops/advanced education; strong interface work Strong presentation and moderating skills Values: Pragmatic, curious, collaborative, customer-oriented, innovative We work in a hybrid model, working in the agency from Monday to Wednesday in Düsseldorf.
