Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex customer requests across multiple teams, preparing and managing documentation, and gathering technical data. Additionally, they will drive follow-ups on approvals, status updates, and review cycles across teams and stakeholders.
This role is designed as a growth path, allowing the individual to develop technical and business skills needed to progress into a Solution Architect or Sales Engineering role.
Requirements:
* A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
* Initial experience in sales support, project coordination, or technical administration is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German; French a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or documentation tools is a plus.
