Managing Director – Germany, Netherlands & Belgium

We are seeking a visionary Managing Director with a growth mindset to drive market expansion for chillers and heat pumps across Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
Our client is a highly respected manufacturer of chillers and heat pumps, recognised for their innovation and commitment to delivering reliable, energy‑efficient climate solutions across Europe.
The Managing Director will be a strong commercial leader and business builder, responsible for driving growth across Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. This role carries full P&L accountability and oversight of both Sales and Service operations, ensuring sustainable business expansion, operational excellence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a leader capable of defining strategy, managing performance, and fostering a high‑performance culture aligned with the organisation’s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of the German subsidiary while providing oversight for operations in the Netherlands, Italy, and Belgium.
* Manage full P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and performance against commercial targets.
* Build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams across sales, service, and technical functions.
* Collaborate closely with global R&D to introduce innovative solutions to the market.
Required Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience within the HVAC industry.
* Proven track record of delivering revenue and EBITDA growth.
* Essential experience in chiller and heat‑pump markets.
* Fluency in German and English (Dutch or Italian advantageous).
* Thrives in fast‑paced environments requiring decisive, results‑oriented leadership.
