Job Title: Payroll and HR Operations Officer
BDO Luxembourg seeks a detail-oriented candidate to fill this critical role. As part of our HR department, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate payroll processing and employee record management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in monthly payroll processes and verify salary calculations.
* Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and provide timely responses.
* Maintain up-to-date employee records, including absences and illnesses, and manage registrations and declarations with competent authorities.
* Assist with employee benefits administration and general HR support.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* 1-3 years of experience in payroll in Luxembourg.
* Strong knowledge of salary calculation, labor law, social security, and payroll tax.
* Experience with PayEase software is an asset.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Autonomous, deadline-driven, and customer-focused.
* Fluency in French and English; German/Luxembourgish are assets.
