Oracle Western Europe License Applications team is hiring dynamic and energetic individuals to help customers maximize their investment on E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Hyperion and Siebel. We are looking for YOU! Work location can be in the Netherlands, in Spain, in France, in Austria and in Germany.

What Will You Do?
1. Achieve individual revenue targets (indirect /direct) for an assigned German territory
2. Pipeline and forecast management for your territory
3. Establishing, building and nurturing long term, positive business relationships with key customers and partners through forging a deep understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans.
4. Maintain close relationships with potential customers, current clients and partners
5. Support development of cloud business by pro-actively proposing hybrid solutions and development working relationship with SaaS Sales teams.
What skills do you need?
6. Relevant experience in the IT industry or vertical market
7. Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, positioning, business justification and closing skills
8. Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes
9. Ability to work in a team environment
10. Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment
11. Excellent communications skills to help customers and employees understand your direction and recommendations.
12. Fluent in German and English
