We are set up in individual core service clusters and growth areas: Life P/C Sales Productivity Resilience Sustainability Central Functions Key Responsibilities Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, meeting project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management, and all other relevant aspects of the assignments. Analyse customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them. Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager. Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management. Oversee daily operations of the assigned tasks until completion. Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects. Contribute to the overall success of Allianz Consulting. Ensure adequate development of team members via coaching, mentoring, personal development and training. Key Requirements University degree or equivalent experience. Operational insurance business and/or consultancy experience for more than 5 years. Expert knowledge of AI frameworks, ability to leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation. Project and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement. Experience in change management, quality management, integration and re‑organization as well as training and lecturing. Analytical and problem‑solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience. Communication, facilitation, sales and conflict‑management skills. Strategic and operational management experience. Fluency in written and spoken German and English. Beneficial Experience / Skills Experience working within P&C insurance. Affinity for data‑based solutions e.g. MS Power Platforms and/or GenAI. Proficiency in process transformation. Interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) are considered valuable assets.
