You are part of the global CRM team working with the Group Head of CRM and our Business Areas to build-up, manage and advance our Sales and Service CRM processes and landscape to drive collaboration and growth at Körber.
Your role in our team
* Build-up, align and execute the Sales and Service CRM strategy for Körber Group across our organizations
* Run hands-on project management with our internal business and IT CRM community as well as external partners
* Challenge and improve business processes and demonstrate how CRM can best support our Sales and Service Teams, i.e. opportunity or case management
* Drive CRM user adoption and enable users globally
* Promote benefits of CRM within the organization
* Takeover end-to-end ownership for CRM-related workstreams, focused on Sales an Service within Salesforce platform tech stack
* Drive clear functional specification setting for user stories/use cases
* Define product owner visions setting and aligning CRM enhancement roadmaps with divisions
Your profile
* Bachelor or masters degree
* 2-5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Service cloud technology projects or equivalent CRM setup
* Fast-paced corporate set up and/or IT/strategy consulting background preferential
* Experience in sales/service functions preferred (project, strategic, operative)
* Proficiency in CRM, preferably Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or similar adjacent technologies a plus
* Proven learning journey track record a plus, e.g. Salesforce/similar certification/training proof (Salesforce trailhead)
* High target/result-driven personality with a high level of commitment and personal initiative
* Ability to work and succeed in projects with colleagues of different hierarchies through strong communicative and people skills in a matrix organization
* Team player with hands-on mentality who likes to work in an agile way
* Fluency in German and English in both verbal and written communication – orally, in text and presentation settings
