They will develop and progress key customer relationships and operational partnerships necessary to drive and support an atmosphere of continuous improvement and operational excellence in inventory control management.Evaluate customer inventory accuracy and report timely to site leadership.Maximize the performance of site inventory processes and systems to ensure care, custody, and control of customer's inventory.Maintain accuracy (to floor and customer book).Properly utilize information technology systems.Provide required documentation in support of compliance requirements.Manage proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with contractual service level agreement.Develop, implement, and validate procedures, controls, and systems that prevent, detect, and correct errors in inventory transactions and balances.Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive process, inventory accuracy, compliance, on-time completion, within budget, documented results.Design and generate reporting to track inventory accuracy, shrink compliance, and variance root cause trends.Maintain thorough knowledge of internal and customer systems to provide extensive support to the operational team and the customer for inventory and production.Develop resource plans and equipment needs budget for review with site leadership.We seek an experienced professional in contract logistics, especially in a customer-facing role, who can work in an international matrix organization with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.A strong personality with a holistic view, courage, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
