About the Role
A successful Strategic Partnerships Lead is a dynamic and results-driven individual, capable of spearheading their efforts in building and nurturing strategic alliances, driving industry engagement, and expanding their EU market presence. This role will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships with partners, organizing impactful events, and supporting their sales and market expansion strategies.
Requirements
Events & Partnerships:
* Organize and execute high-profile events such as CTO dinners, meetups, and webinars.
* Manage, cultivate, and grow relationships with existing partners and sponsors, ensuring mutual benefit.
* Coordinate team participation in key industry events.
* Develop and implement a Post-Event Relationship Acceleration strategy to maximize event impact.
* Create and implement Post-Signature Client Delight and Trust-Building Programs.
Partnership Coordination & Industry Engagement:
* Support the Sales Team by leveraging industry partnerships to drive business growth.
* Develop, implement, and manage the Vention Alliance Program.
* Develop and strengthen the “TechKitchen” community in the DACH region.
Market Research & Expansion:
* Research and identify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities (e.g., Bitkom, local partnerships).
* Conduct comprehensive market research in key European regions.
* Identify potential clients and networking opportunities.
* Support market entry strategies and outreach initiatives.
* Track and summarize industry trends and regulatory updates for relevant teams
