Your seat to fill:
* Setup, maintenance and further development of Google Analytics 4 tracking (incl. events, conversions and custom parameters)
* Technical implementation and management of tracking tags using Google Tag Manager
* Analysis of user behavior across e-commerce sites (e.g. funnel performance, digital consumer journey, bounce rates, entry/exit paths)
* Creation of dashboards and recurring reports on traffic, performance and conversion KPIs
* Support in evaluating digital marketing campaigns and landing page performance
* Close collaboration with marketing, content and UX/frontend teams to identify optimization potential
* Assistance with A/B testing setup, measurement and result interpretation
* Documentation of tracking logic and coordination with IT for technical updates
Your stroll to Cybex:
* 4–5 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
* Proactive mindset with strong communication skills to act as a connector between multiple departments with diverse data needs
* Ability to proactively identify performance gaps, behavioral patterns, and opportunities — acting as a mirror to the e-commerce team and driving continuous optimization
* Solid understanding of digital user behavior, performance KPIs, and funnel analysis
* Experience in creating reports and dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Excel, or similar
* Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methods
* Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
* Comfortable collaborating with UX and frontend development teams; experience with JIRA and writing user stories is a plus
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
