How you will create impact Work closely with the founders on various topics ranging from strategic initiatives to operational tasks in HR or Finance. Actively shape our people processes and support initiatives to foster an inspiring work environment including organising offsites, our feedback processes and active sourcing. Support finance & operations with bookkeeping and administrative processes. Manage our onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting processes to create an outstanding employee experience. Your profile Enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. Previous experience in dynamic environments (e.g., startups, venture capital, consulting, investment banking, tech companies, or fast-growing teams). Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative and a strong sense of responsibility. Structured and solution-oriented work approach with great attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C2 level) and English. Creativity and interest in People & Culture processes. Strong self-organization skills and a hands-on mentality. Availability for 10–20 hours per week (flexible working hours). Based in Germany with the option to work remotely.
