Would you like to join the Sales Team as Area Sales Supervisor ?
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for sales activities for customers assigned to quantitative (budget, turnover and profit margins) and qualitative (in terms of alignment to the indications of the Brand with reference to the choice of product), making commercial choices independently if necessary but still in accordance with the guidelines received. It is a relational and operational role.
You’ll be in charge of:
* Preparing, conducting and finalizing sales directly with customers, from the presentation of the product up to the after-sales management of any changes.
* Depending and keeping constantly updated its knowledge of the collection and of the seasonal projects.
* Maintaining and promoting constant contact with the network to analyze, responding to and report on customer complaints and product trends.
* Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the sales manager or above related to the showroom's activities.
* Achieving business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) and promoting store growth in its area of reference, in compliance with the company guidelines
* Supporting the Headquarter Back Office in after-sales activities by managing order changes.
* Monitoring ongoing point-of-sale activities, both proactively and reactively, in order to implement rapid solutions that allow you to stay in line with business objectives.
* Being responsible for the acquisition of new customers in her area of responsibility.
If you:
* Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
* Own a valid driving license permit.
* Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
* Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
* Comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
