As part of our "Digital Systems" team, which consists of software developers, engineers, and technicians, you will take on a central role in supporting and further developing the production- and machine-related digital systems at our sites.
Your Responsibilities
1. You will be responsible for the administration and support of the process information system (OsiSoft / AVEVA PI) at our Louisenthal and Königstein sites.
2. You will maintain close contact, among others, with the respective IT, production, and technical departments.
3. You will independently train, support, and create documentation for our users.
4. You will be responsible for the development and further development of applications.
5. You will carry out the migration of the development environment to Azure DevOps.
Desired Skills & Experience
6. You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable qualification.
7. You have a solid understanding of data pipelines, databases such as MSSQL and MySQL, as well as industrial processes.
8. You have in-depth knowledge of the C# programming language and are familiar with Visual Basic, Python, and/or C++.
9. Ideally, you have already created visualizations with WinForms, WPF, and/or Blazor, and you are very familiar with Visual Studio, (Azure) DevOps, and GIT Repos.
10. You are interested in collaborative projects and actively contribute; you are motivated to further educate yourself independently and tackle complex tasks.
11. You are open to traveling to our Königstein (Saxony) site and have fluent German skills (at least C1 level) as well as good English skills.
