As a parental leave cover for our Shopper Marketing Manager until May 2027, you’ll play a key role in bringing renowned brands like Voltaren, Vitasprint, and Centrum to life at the point of sale. This is your opportunity to be at the heart of our business, collaborating with marketing, sales, and net revenue management teams to craft and execute strategies that truly connect with customers and shoppers. Your Impact Dive deep into market trends and shopper insights, translating data into actionable plans that unlock new opportunities – be it in stationary pharmacy or dCom: Develop and execute effective shopper marketing strategies to boost brand presence & market share focusing on distribution, visibility, and more. Develop memorable campaigns that inspire our target audience and deliver measurable sales results, such as increased penetration, basket size, and purchase frequency. Continuously track, measure, and refine your strategies to maximize impact and adapt to evolving market environments. Build strong partnerships with leading retailers and develop innovative programs that differentiate our brands. Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues from Marketing and Sales to ensure our initiatives align with business goals and drive sustainable growth. What we expect from you Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA is a plus. At least 4 years’ experience in strategic marketing (Brand or Shopper Marketing), ideally within the FMCG sector. Exceptional analytical skills to turn complex data into bold strategies. Innovative mindset with a proven record in developing creative marketing solutions. Outstanding leadership and communication abilities for effective stakeholder collaboration. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet ambitious deadlines. Bonus Skills Expertise in the pharmacy sector (offline and online). Experience in team leadership.
