Energize are partnered with a global industrial company in Frankfurt with over 3,000 employees. Operating across multiple international markets, the business develops innovative solutions for the automotive and pharmaceutical industries.

As part of its transformation journey, the company is building a modern, independent SAP landscape and preparing for a significant SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud go-live later this year.

To support this strategic initiative, they are now looking for an experienced SAP Basis & Authorizations Administrator to join their growing international SAP team.

Tasks

As an SAP Basis & Authorizations Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of the company's SAP landscape. You will act as the technical expert for SAP Basis topics within a modern SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud environment:

• Support the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation project and contribute to future optimisation initiatives
• Manage SAP installations, upgrades, patches, system copies, and transport management activities
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP authorization concepts and role structures
• Monitor SAP system performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and segregation of duties processes
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvements across SAP Basis operations and security governance

Profile

• 6+ years of professional experience in SAP Basis and SAP Authorizations
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP system administration and authorizations concepts
• Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Fluent English communication skills
