The following challenges await you:
* Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation.
* Analyze and translate business and HR requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
* Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HR processes.
* Design, build, and maintain Business Rules to automate and streamline HR workflows.
* Support data migration, data validation, and system testing activities during implementations and enhancements.
* Document system configurations, business rules, integration specifications and process flows.
* Advise stakeholders on best practices and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
* Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and proactively recommend continuous improvements.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
* Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise and HR processes knowledge
* Deep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding
* Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and Role Based Permissions
* Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management
* Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus Document Management systems like Open Text
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
* Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plus
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
