* Actuarial exams (e.g. FIA, DAV, FCAS or equivalent) completed, at least 4 years of actuarial experience, with a strong focus on reserving
* Advanced knowledge of actuarial techniques, especially those related to reserving (e.g. Chain-Ladder, Bornhuetter-Ferguson, and stochastic models)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
* Solid understanding of European insurance regulatory frameworks and financial reporting standards (IFRS, Solvency II)
* Experience with industry-standard actuarial software would be an advantage (e.g., ResQ, or similar).
* Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Willingness to learn German
