In this role, you will: Work directly with our team to build an efficient and high performing Finance team to have a major impact on Finoa’s business performance Support the day-to-day finance and accounting processes such as invoice management, monthly tax, regulatory, risk as well as investor reporting Research, gather and consolidate insights and support with financial analysis and business intelligence efforts Analyse financial trends and results, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business Interact closely across departments within Finoa as well as with our international customer base to gather unique insights into the world of Digital Assets What you need to be successful: You have finished or are currently pursuing your bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Business, Controlling / Audit or a related field You are reliable, self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving You are fluent in German and English – any other language is a plus! A good level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
