We also advise our clients on real estate economic analyses as well as during due diligence examinations.
Your key areas of responsibility
* Real estate valuation within national and international frameworks for all usage types
* Accompanying site visits
* Conducting object analyses
* Making market and location analyses based on our own data as well as on researched data
* Examining external valuations
Your qualifications
* Economic or technical studies or training or experience in the field of real estate
* Affinity with real estate markets, transactions and management
* Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
* Initiative and creative and solution-oriented work approach
* Efficient and independent working and reliability
* Good English skills (additional foreign languages advantageous)
