The Opportunity: Associate Client Partner – Digital Talent & Assessment Solutions Korn Ferry Digital is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Associate Client Partner, focused on our Assessment & Succession platforms. This role is ideal for a driven individual contributor with a strong track record in HR SaaS sales, particularly in talent assessment, succession planning, and digital talent management. You’ll be responsible for hunting new logos, building strategic relationships with HR and business leaders, and positioning Korn Ferry’s enterprise-wide digital solutions to address complex talent challenges. You’ll work consultatively to co-create impactful solutions that help clients shape their build vs. buy strategies and future-proof their workforce. What You’ll Do Drive new business by identifying and converting opportunities with new clients across the DACH and Benelux regions. Position Korn Ferry’s digital assessment and succession solutions as strategic enablers of talent decisions. Engage senior stakeholders across HR and the business, understanding their challenges and aligning our solutions to their goals. Collaborate across Korn Ferry’s ecosystem, leveraging our full suite of offerings to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions. Lead complex sales cycles, from consultative discovery to tailored proposals and contract negotiation. Act as a trusted advisor, bringing deep expertise in talent management and assessment to every client interaction. Contribute to thought leadership, representing Korn Ferry at industry events and forums. What You Bring Proven success in HR SaaS sales, with a focus on assessment, succession, or talent platforms. A hunter mindset with the ability to open doors and build new client relationships. Experience selling to senior HR and business leaders, with a consultative and strategic approach. Deep understanding of talent management, assessment, and succession planning. Strong commercial acumen, pipeline management, and forecasting skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to exceed expectations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
