Job description
Energetic Optimization of Apartment Buildings:
Support us in achieving our climate goals through active participation in the energetic optimization of our apartment buildings.
Energy-Efficient Renovations and Modernizations:
Preliminary planning and coordination of energy-efficient renovation and modernization measures, including the preparation of funding applications.
Representation of Interests:
Representing the interests of the cooperative vis-à-vis authorities, service providers, and executing companies.
Technical Point of Contact:
You will be the technical contact person for our members, external service providers, and colleagues.
Requirements
* A completed education with a technical focus, a commercial education with several years of professional experience in the housing industry, or a completed technical study
* A careful and independent working style
* An entrepreneurial mindset, as well as negotiation skills with external service providers
