Corporate Officer – In-House Environment, Team Spirit, Autonomous
My client is a well-established investment structure in Luxembourg, integrated into an international group active in the management of participations and funds. The Luxembourg office operates with a human-sized team, offering a stable and structured environment where each team member plays a concrete role in the management of the group’s entities.
In this in-house position, you will be directly involved at the core of operations and gain a comprehensive understanding of the structures, going far beyond a purely administrative role. You will join a team of around ten professionals, where the organization promotes a pragmatic approach to corporate matters, a sustainable workload and strong collaboration between local and international teams.
In order to support its continued growth, the company is looking to recruit a Corporate Officer with at least 3 years of experience, who is eager to evolve in an operational and international environment.
Your Responsibilities | Corporate – In-House – Portfolio – Governance
* You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of group entities, ensuring compliance with legal and administrative obligations.
* Youwill prepare board meetings and general meetings, draft minutes and ensure the propermaintenanceandupdateofcorporateregisters.
* Youwill coordinate corporate operations withinternalteams, externaladvisorsandfinancialpartners.
* You will monitor legal deadlines andcontributeto the structuring and sound governance of the entities.
* You will work in an international environment requiring regular communication in English.

* You have at least 3 years of corporate experience in Luxembourg.
* You are fluent in English, which is essential in this international context.
* You are organized, autonomous and capable of managing your files with precision and reliability.
