Ihre Aufgaben
* Participation, management, and implementation of CISCO videoconferencing and telecommunications projects
* Occasional assistance to operational teams (L1 & L2) in resolving complex incidents
* Major incident management (qualification, action plan, resolution, RCA)
* Managerial management of incidents and problems
* Ensure the transfer of skills to operational teams (technicians and engineers)
* Update technical documentation (HLD & LLD) and procedures
* Hardware performance & test configuration

Anforderungen
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a CISCO environment
* You have solid knowledge of telecommunications and videoconferencing
* Knowledge of the CISCO v12.5 telecom environment (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, ...)
* Knowledge of CISCO videoconferencing (CMS, endpoints, TMS, ...).
* You have knowledge of VMWare v7/v8
* Mastery of SIP/H323 protocols
* Additional skills appreciated:
* Kurmi Kurmi, Telisca, tools for supervision, prognosis, PeterConnects ecosystems
* Knowledge of WAN/LAN networks and security.
* Administration of systems and infrastructures would be a plus
