We're Looking For
You're a creative and strategic marketing professional with a deep understanding of digital channels, SaaS dynamics, and customer journeys in B2B environments. You enjoy leading by example — balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You're passionate about storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and inspiring teams to deliver impactful results.
As the Team Lead Marketing, you'll manage a small team of two talented marketers (digital marketing manager and content strategist) while collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Product, to drive Customer Alliance's growth and brand visibility across key markets.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a marketing team of two, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, content, social media, email, and events) aligned with company goals.
* Own the marketing funnel — from brand awareness to lead generation and conversion, ensuring smooth alignment with sales targets.
* Oversee content creation (blog, case studies, newsletters, social posts, landing pages) that communicates our value to hospitality professionals.
* Manage campaigns and budgets, analyzing performance data to continuously improve ROI.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and a unified go-to-market approach.
* Represent marketing internally, reporting KPIs, insights, and recommendations to management.
We Expect
* 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven industries.
* Proven experience in leading small teams and driving measurable marketing outcomes.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email automation, and analytics.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
* Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
* A data-driven mindset combined with creativity and curiosity.
If You Have It, It's a Plus:
* Experience in the hospitality tech or guest experience sector.
* Familiarity with HubSpot and Webflow.
* Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
* Fluency in German or another European language
