You won't just be managing CPAs - you'll be building the growth engine from the ground up, in a space that genuinely matters. If you're energized by turning strategy into fast, focused execution - and making an outsized impact along the way - we'd love to talk.
Your Impact
* Our performace marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Paid Search and Affiliates (AWIN etc.)
* Scale Meta advertising - test and iterate across audiences, creative, and user journeys to educate and convert customers about a high-impact and smarter product in a traditionally low-engagement category
* Manage and coach the Affiliates Manager - help them plan, optimize, and grow the channel
* Maintain paid search (Google/Bing) - low-touch oversight and optimization
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, and BI to get the data and inputs you need
* Experiment fast - we prefer testing multiple things this monthe over perfecting one idea for a quarter
What can you bring
* 5+ years of experience in analytic roles, with 3+ in performance marketing (pref: Meta focus)
* Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics etc.
* Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests strategically - balance boldness & learning
* Comfortable in early-stage, high-growth environments - quick thinking, quick doing
* Demonstrated analytical rigor - you can quickly from 80/20 view of the root causes of campaign performance and identify pockets that can scale - with perfect data
* You can ownership - of outcomes, of blockers, and of whatever needs doing - and get things done
* Proven track record of bothe hands-on campaing execution and mentorship
* Experience in complex, low-awareness, or high-friction categories in a big plus

Electric vehicle owners particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as we have developed a smart system that signals the car when to automatically charge during periods of low electricity prices.
